These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and the purchase of any products offered by Steve Andrews Photography (“I”, “me”, or “my”).
By placing an order or browsing this site, you agree to these Terms.

I operate as a sole trader.
2. Products
I create and sell high-quality fine-art photographic prints, produced individually to order using professional archival materials.
Please note:
Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration.
Sizes may vary slightly depending on the crop of the original image.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive:
An order confirmation
A notification once your print has been dispatched
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary (e.g., product availability, pricing errors).
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
As I am not VAT registered, VAT is not charged on any orders.
Payments are securely processed through recognised payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
5. Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched using trusted UK couriers.
Typical delivery times:
Unframed prints: 3–5 working days
Mounted prints: 3–7 working days
Local personal delivery within the Sidmouth/Exmouth area may be offered when stated.
Packaging
Prints are carefully protected using archival tissue, reinforced packaging or tubes, and protective outer materials.
International Delivery
International shipping may be available. Delivery times vary.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delays
I am not responsible for courier delays, weather disruption, strikes, or customs issues, though I will always support you where possible.
6. Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Prints
All prints are made to order.
For this reason, I cannot offer returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Preference of a different image
This approach is standard for fine-art print work.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, email me within 7 days with:
Your order number
Photos of the damage
Photos of the packaging
I will replace the print at no cost to you.
Lost Deliveries
If your package fails to arrive:
UK: After 7 working days
International: After 20 working days
I will work with the courier and arrange a replacement if the item is confirmed lost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on this site are protected by copyright.
No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or used without my written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for minor variations in colour, cropping, or appearance.
My total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
